❗️Unfortunately due to last minute cancellations or complete no-shows there’s going to be a few changes regarding missed appointments❗️

•50% fee of the treatment cost will be charged for a no-show

•50% fee of the treatment cost will be charged for a last minute cancellation

•25% fee of the treatment cost will be charged for a last minute reschedule

•25% fee of the treatment cost will be required up front as a deposit for a new client (1st appointment only)

- I do appreciate there’s going to be extreme circumstances where these charges won’t apply.

I’m saddened that it has come down to this but there’s a lot of sacrifices, time, effort, money, and hard work put into offering as much treatments as possible, not just by myself but family members too. I have been left with no other choice to implement these changes effective immediately.

Please note when booking through Booksy you are reminded via email and the app itself 24hours prior to your appointment. (Make sure to leave notifications turned on) 🔔

Always a pleasure working with Bembridge FC for another season 🙌

Tomorrow night at our training session at Steyne Park, physioMe will be down to work with our players.

Anyone with any niggles/injuries can get treated through the session, and then drop back in. He can not only help with injury but also preventing injury.

Lots of our players have private sessions with James through the season. Top man and very good at what he does. UTB 💙

We’re celebrating 1 years of physioMe today! What a first year it’s been. A few ups and downs, starting up during the pandemic was always going to be difficult but we came through it stronger than ever!

Going from home to home, sports club to sports club offering a mobile service has been nothing but a joy and I have loved each and every minute of it. We have grown the business in many ways since last August and without all of you guys help I wouldn’t of been able to make it this far. Thank you all so much!!

I’m really looking forward to seeing what next year brings and I can’t wait to help you with all your physio needs!
