Brighton folks!!!!

My dad’s band The Blunter Brothers (been playing since I was a wee nipper) is playing in Brighton on 6th May at Brighton Open Air Theatre, any and all support would be appreciated!

Funk and soul music, with covers of all the best artists including Stevie Wonder, James Brown, Bruno Mars and so many more!

Honestly a really fun night out with your friends and family, and the best music to boogie on down too!

Protect the skin you’re in

There’s no escaping the fact that UV rays cause 80% of wrinkles and sagging to the skin, making sun cream the top age resisting product on my skincare list. That said, the sun protects bone density, provides essential vitamin D and enhances our mood so it’s so important we know how to spend time safely in the sun

Here’s some top tips:

Wear sun cream everyday, most effective sun cream products protect against UVA and UVB light, UVA being the most ageing to the skin, these rays are not blocked by cloud cover

Wear a hat, one of the more simpler ways of protecting your skin, wear a hat during the hotter hours of the day, this will prevent pigmentation problems from worsening and protects areas of skin that is sensitive to sun exposure

Apply more sun cream, studies show we don’t apply enough sun cream often enough, in high temperatures aim to reapply every 2 hours
