DANCE MASTERCLASS!!💃🏽🕺🏼

Our dance masterclass is focussed on dance specific strength and conditioning as well as injury prevention and recovery techniques!!

This class will be lead by Dylan and Evie (pictured in action below!!), two of our therapists with over 10 years of dance experience each!!

Dylan (sports therapist) has performed in a huge variety of musical theatre productions, each requiring different styles of dance and ensuring that the body remains strong to perform multiple show nights in a row!! He is looking forward to educating dancers on how to maximise their performance outcomes through effective training practices!!

Evie (physiotherapist) has competed in Ballroom, Latin and Sequence dance for almost 20 years and continues to compete on a local and nationwide scale in her time outside of the clinic. She is passionate about ensuring that dancers of all ages are able to prevent injuries and dance for as long as possible!!

Led by 2 of our therapists, both with 10+ years of dance experience, who are passionate about keeping dancers strong to allow for optimal performance!

This masterclass will cover topics such as injury prevention, importance of effective warm up, strength and mobility training and recovery techniques, aiming to create a better understanding of how to adapt training to prevent injury and improve performance!

This educational and practical masterclass also offers an opportunity to ask our therapists any questions you have about your training, performance or injuries, they are here to help!!
