As of the 1st of April you will be able to stretch with me on a Wednesday 6.30-7.30pm at Thirsk Town Hall. And our Monday Yin zoom sessions are moving to Tuesdays with the slightly earlier start time of 9am 😎

I teach in both a gentle Hatha & Yin style….expect to feel stretched, stronger, well balanced and with a clearer head space 💪🦋😇
