Activities like these are engaging, support hand eye coordination and benefit residents mobility and help prevent a lot of issues that come with getting older and we love seeing the rewards from hosting these keep fit activities ❤️

We have been really busy here at valley court and wanted to take this opportunity to wish you all a happy 2026 and we hope you join us in this year of our journey. We have lots planned and will be working towards all our goals and working on all comments and suggestions from our resident and relatives meetings. Thank you to everyone for your kind words and generosity to our staff over the Christmas period and we send our heartfelt gratitude to you all. We love what we do and to have you all as part of our Valley Court Family ❤️
