This week, our incredible Home Manager had the honour of presenting at the WMCA Q&A session, where she shared valuable insights on how we meet the Responsive key area under the CQC Quality Standards.

Her presentation highlighted the ways we tailor our care to meet the individual needs and preferences of our residents—showcasing our commitment to person-centred support, timely responsiveness, and meaningful engagement with families and loved ones.

👏 A huge well done to our Home Manager for representing us so passionately and for championing the high-quality, responsive care we strive to deliver every day.
