We have had a mini farmers market basket prepared by the kitchen today along with fruit smoothies, mocktails and other drinks to highlight nutrition and hydration week this week at Valley Court. We will be making sure that this is an ongoing delivery from our kitchen to the residents in the lounge. We will encourage and educate the importance of a nutritional balanced and varied diet ❤️

Celebrating with residents tomorrow all things Black Country 🙌 we will be doing a virtual tour of the Black Country and maybe watching some Black Country programmes. We hope to have lots of fun. Food and we will be having pork sandwiches and jacket potatoes for dinner. Can’t wait to share the day with you all on here tomorrow. ❤️
