Cold water
Journaling
One affirmation
Not because I always feel motivated.
But because I don’t.
Every morning I get in that cold dip and I won’t lie… some days I stand there negotiating with myself 🙈
But I know this the days I don’t show up for me are the days I start slipping in other areas too.
The cold dip wakes my body up.
The journaling clears my head.
The affirmation card reminds me who I’m becoming.
It’s not about being perfect.
It’s about building trust with yourself.
Five minutes of discomfort - a whole day of regret.
If you’re struggling right now, start small. One promise to yourself each day. Keep it. That’s how confidence is built ❤️

I am SO incredibly proud of every single one of you this week! Together our amazing members have lost a phenomenal 30.5lbs👏👏👏

That is dedication, commitment and pure teamwork right there! 💪❤️

A morning well spent. ☕🌿
I’ve been making a conscious effort to slow down and really tap into the present moment. Today, I pulled this beautiful affirmation card:
“Living fully in the present shapes a meaningful past and a hopeful future.”
It’s such a grounding reminder that right now is all we truly have, and it’s how we build the life we dream of.
I paired this with my 3-6-9 manifestation journaling session, my favorite crystals, and some soothing Reiki frequencies in the background. My space feels incredibly clear and energized. ✨

Another cold dip in the books. ❄️
It’s wild how something so uncomfortable can feel so empowering. The first few seconds are always the hardest your body wants out, your mind starts negotiating but if you breathe through it, something shifts.
You remember you can do hard things.
You remember you’re in control.
You remember your strength.
I pulled an affirmation card… and let’s just say the message aligned perfectly with the moment. ✨
There’s something powerful about pairing physical discipline with spiritual reflection. Cold water clears the mind and the card always seems to speak exactly what I need to hear.

Cheesy mashed potato puffs 👇👇👇
Ingredients:
- 800g floury potato’s
- 40g reduced fat cheddar - 1x healthy calcium choice
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp garlic granules
- 1 tsp onion granules
- Salt and pepper
- Low calorie cooking spray
Method:
- peel and hope potatoes then pop on to boil until soft enough to mash
- Once soft enough take potatoes off the heat and drain then leave to steam dry in colander for 5 mins (helps with fluffiness of pots)
- After 5 mins mash until no lumps (I blitzed mine after with hand blender)
- Add egg, garlic granules, onion granules, 40g reduced fat cheddar and salt & pepper and mix well
- Shape into balls and pop into baking paper
- Spray with low calorie cooking spray
- Pop in oven at 200 (180 fan assisted) for 25/30 mins until golden - you can also air fry on 200 for 15 mins
- Serve and enjoy ☺️

Today’s dip was shorter than planned (storage struggles again 🙈), but the intention was still powerful. My affirmation card reminded me:
“I release what no longer serves me and make space for what truly matters.”
Maybe the shorter video is the lesson itself — we don’t need to hold onto everything to honour the moment. Presence is enough.
If you’re like me and struggle to delete things, here’s a gentle reminder:
Memories live in us, not just in our camera roll. Keep the ones that spark something. Let go of the rest with gratitude.
Less clutter. More clarity. 🌊✨

What an INCREDIBLE week for our amazing group! Together you have lost a jaw-dropping 34lbs this week!!! 🤯
That’s the equivalent of:
🥔 Over 130 bags of sugar
🎳 Nearly three bowling balls
👶 The weight of an average 3–4 year old child
Just stop and think about that for a second… that’s what you’ve waved goodbye to in just ONE WEEK. I am beyond proud of every single one of you 💛
🌟 Slimmer of the Week goes to the fabulous Karen! 🌟
An amazing 3.5lb loss AND achieving her ½ stone award 👏 What a superstar! Your consistency is shining through and it’s paying off beautifully in your first few weeks!
Huge congratulations as well to Alex, also celebrating her ½ stone award in just her first few weeks! 🚀 What an incredible start – you should be so proud of yourself!
Also Margaret reaching that lower stone bracket a milestone I just love ❤️
And can we take a moment for Emma… a whopping 6lb loss this week!!! 🤩 AND achieving her Club 10 award – that’s 10% of her body weight gone. That is absolutely life-changing progress. Truly inspiring!
Weeks like this are what it’s all about. Supporting each other, celebrating every win (big and small), and proving that this works when you commit to YOU 💪

It was about healing.
As I dipped, I repeated my daily affirmation grounding, resetting, reminding my body and mind that they are safe, strong, and capable of healing.
Cold water teaches you to breathe through intensity.
Affirmations teach you to believe through it.
Healing happens when the mind and body work together ✨

Simple red lentil Dahl 👇👇👇👇👇
Ingredients:
- 2 x onion
- 1 tin of chopped tomatoes
- 2/3 cloves of garlic - grated
- 2” piece of fresh ginger - grated
- 7 cherry tomatoes
- 150g red lentils (dry weight)
- Vegetable stock 500ml
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp curry powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp chilli flakes
- Salt & pepper - pinch of each
Method:
- finely chop onion, grate ginger & garlic
- Spray pan with fry light or add a touch of water
- Gently sauté the onion, garlic & ginger for 3-4 mins
- Add chopped cherry tomatoes and cook for further 1-2 mins
- Add curry powder, chilli flakes & paprika and stir to combine well
- Add tinned chopped tomatoes, lentils, vegetable stock and lemon juice
- Allow to simmer for approx 20mins stirring every 2/3 mins so not to stick
- Add salt & pepper to season
- Serve with rice or veg of choice and enjoy…..☺️

Lately I’ve had a lot going on personally, and if I’m honest… I’ve been struggling. My ADHD and mental health have felt louder than usual.
I spend so much of my time pouring into everyone else that I’ve neglected the things that actually help me raise my vibration and shift my mood.
This morning felt like a reset. An affirmation that hit right on time, and back into the cold water to start the day with intention.
Taking my own advice. One small, aligned step at a time. 🤍
