🥤 Half a pound = a can of fizzy drink
🍞 1 pound = a loaf of bread
💧 2 pounds = a litre bottle of water
🥔 3 pounds = a whole bag of potatoes!

I’ve lost **6.5 stone** with Slimming World – and it has completely changed my life! ❤️ It’s made me want to wake up every single day and help others feel the same way.

That’s why I’m so proud to have my own beautiful group at **Craghead Village Hall, every Tuesday at 7pm**.

❤️ We have a new group experience to give our members even better results?

❤️ We offer our support to anyone taking any type of weight loss medication to help them build new habits that mean they can be confident they can keep the weight off after their medication stops

I’m so lucky to have been part of bringing our new group experience to life for our Consultants. Which means I’m looking after a lush group of members in Durham for the summer!
