We are seeking a dedicated and skilled MRI Radiographer to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing MRI imaging procedures to assist in patient diagnosis and treatment. β’ Perform a comprehensive range of MRI examinations autonomously and as part of a team, adapting techniques to meet individual patient needs.
β’ Participate in the development and implementation of new techniques and protocols to enhance service delivery.
β’ Provide an exceptional standard of patient care, demonstrating empathy, respect, and professionalism at all times.
β’ Act as a patient advocate, ensuring their dignity, privacy, and safety are maintained throughout their journey.
β’Act as an MRI Safety Expert, rigorously screening patients, staff, and visitors to ensure a safe MRI environment for all.
β’ Safely administer contrast media and other medications in line with local protocols.
β’ Provide specialist advice and guidance to junior staff, students, and other healthcare professionals.

β’ Proven experience with MRI imaging techniques.
β’ Strong understanding of medical imaging principles and procedures.
β’ Excellent patient care skills with the ability to comfort anxious or unwell individuals.
β’ Basic IT skills for operating imaging software and maintaining electronic health records.
β’ Effective communication skills to liaise with patients, radiologists, and other healthcare professionals.
β’ Ability to work accurately under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
