New Year. Not New Me. Let me explain…
A 5 year gap since my last entry. A gift from Angeline in Christmas 2020.
I resurrected it on January 4th... Determined to complete a full year in 2026!
I’m not perfect or consistent at journalling by any means but a habit of writing stuff down gives you a mark in the sands of time to look back upon in future.
What will you see?
How far you’ve come. If you’ve changed and indeed if the world has changed - good or bad.
Or maybe things are the same-same, but different.
The takeaways from my look back to 2020:
- haven’t done much swimming since 2020. Happy to leave swimming for holidays 😎
- house prices have went up. I should have bought that doer upper 😭
- 5 years since global pandemic & national lockdowns. Big deal at the time - now forgot about! 😷
- Proud I backed myself & my health not getting the €!D jab, resisted mass hysteria, was shunned by society & restaurants 😅
[Would I have “followed the science” if I was “At risk” - overweight, unfit & unhealthy? Likely. But you chop your firewood before winter 😉]
- living room needs painted again! 😫 Buildings & bodies need regular maintenance. Do the work!
The truth is, 2026 is not to dissimilar to 2020/2021.
Society is gripped in a social pandemic of body consciousness & fear of aging.
Everywhere you look it’s weightloss drugs, Botox, hair transplants, swollen lips, emotionless faces with frozen foreheads.
All OUTSIDE - IN solutions 📉🙁
What happened to follow the science?
The true anti-aging drug 👉 having great health, strong body & resilient mind that create an Aúra of Life Changing Confidence.
INSIDE - OUT 📈😃
Brings contentment & confidence in one’s self.
So I encourage you to go against the grain in 2026, f**k societal norms, Botox, and weightloss drugs…
Find yourself…
Back yourself 100%…
Lean into the struggle of getting into great shape…
Be the master stonemason - shape & sculpt the body &
Mind through exercise to create your masterpiece.
Great health & fitness brings real freedom of choice.
Choose it for yourself in 2026.
