I am beyond excited to share that I’ve now completed my Conscious Connected Breathwork facilitator training. ✨

This journey has been a profound initiation — a deep remembering of the wisdom held within the body and the transformative power of the breath. Conscious Connected Breathwork is such a sacred modality… a bridge between the physical and the energetic, the seen and the unseen.

To guide others through somatic release using this practice feels like a true honour. In these sessions, the breath becomes the healer — gently clearing what’s been held, softening what’s been protected, and awakening what’s been waiting to rise.

In the coming weeks, I’ll be releasing this offering to those who feel called to experience this work. For now, I’m taking the time to prepare, ground, and create a safe, intentional space for this next chapter to unfold.

If your body or spirit feels a pull toward this kind of healing, I can’t wait to walk with you soon. 🌬️🤍✨

This particular client had been experiencing, tightness and soreness in her upper back (trapeziums) these muscles are used for quite a few head neck and shoulder movements, as illustrated in the small overlays in the video. After wamring the muscles up i got in deep with has to be my favourite part of a deep tissue, manual trigger point work to release the tension in the muscle, you can see the muscle twitch and in doing so it is realising the tension in it and the muscle will return to its naturally loose state. Giving more movement and no more pain.
