Does anyone else struggle with inner child work? 🌿
For the longest time, I found it so hard to visualise my inner child. People would talk about connecting with that younger part of themselves, but for me, it always felt a little out of reach.

Then one day, during a guided meditation, it invited me to see myself as a child—to look into her eyes and make a promise to take care of her, now and always. That’s when it clicked.

It’s so easy to beat yourself up and be hard on yourself… but when you see yourself as that little one, it becomes so much easier to soften, to be gentle, and to offer yourself the love you’ve always deserved.

✨ In our meditations and cacao ceremonies, one of the techniques we use is bringing a photo of yourself as a child to help reconnect with her. This AI feature has become another beautiful way to do just that — to see her and remember she’s still here, always worthy of love and protection.

So if you’re struggling with inner child work, why not try finding a photo of your younger self and simply sitting with it for a while? Keep a journal by your side to document anything that comes up, or keep an eye out for one of our upcoming meditation and cacao ceremonies — we can work through it together. 💛

How beautiful are these handmade smudge sticks? ✨
The lovely Raika has the most amazing energy and pours her heart into every creation. She even took the time to chat with us and learn our favourite colours and crystals before handcrafting these beauties. 💎
The turnaround was super quick, and delivery was seamless – now they’re in their new home, ready to cleanse and raise the energy. 🌿

I am sharing with you a big change in my professional life. After more than 4 years at Devata Holistic Centre in Portadown, i felt the call to create my own special space to work with my clients:
✨the MOON ROOM✨
It wasn't an easy decision, since i have so many good memories and wonderful colleagues in Devata, but as TRANSFORMATIVE MOMENTS usually do, they come as a deep internal voice of truth that requires courage and a leap of faith! I know i have to trust my feeling : )
I want to thank with a heart full gratitude all my colleagues in Devata: Aisling,Brenda, Elaine, Marina, Martina, Lynn former owner of Devata and Ellie and Adam new owners of Devata. I really wish you all success, joy and happiness!

From September the 1st you will find me at the Moon Room, in Craigavon. You can still using my own Fresha system to book your treatments with me.
I am looking forward to welcoming you in my new space and some new treatments!
