We’re delighted to be supporting the Aghagallon Santa Run / Walk for their incredible 20th anniversary year! 🎅🎄

This fantastic community event raises funds for charity every year, and we’re proud to play a part in helping it continue to grow. There are still spaces left if you’d like to get involved — it’s a brilliant way to support a great cause and enjoy some festive fun! ❤️

✨ Bells Nirvana Turns 5! ✨

Five years ago, Bells Nirvana opened its doors with a dream — to create a space where healing, connection, and serenity could thrive. Today, we celebrate not only five beautiful years, but also our amazing team — Catherine, Ellie, Adam, Roisin, and Ticia — whose care and passion make this sanctuary what it is.

This year has been truly special. We were honoured to be named Best Holistic Business and Sustainable Business of the Year, and we proudly represented our spa community at the European Massage Championships in Paris.

We’ve also expanded our wellness menu to include Goddess Glow, Lomi Lomi, and Lymphatic Drainage — as well as offering forest bathing, meditation, sound baths, and cacao ceremonies to deepen the connection between body, mind, and spirit.

Most of all, we are grateful to every client who has shared their journey with us. Thank you for trusting us to hold space for your healing. Here’s to the next chapter of Bells Nirvana — brighter, bolder, and more blissful than ever. 💚
