I offer a safe, secure, confidential and supportive space for people who may be feeling stuck, distressed, overwhelmed, anxious, and affected by past and and/or experiences.
You might find yourself constantly on edge, stressed, struggling to switch off, or repeating patterns you don’t fully understand or fully aware of. Together, with informed consent, we can explore these experiences at your pace, helping you feel more grounded, in control, and able to cope with life’s challenges.
My approach is using a variety of tried and tested approaches that are tailored to your individual needs and experiences. I offer face-to-face, online and telephone sessions that can be scheduled to suit your work and life schedules.

Therapy is not about establishing and trying to heal from whether there is something 'wrong' with you. It's about a compassionate enquiry into what 'happened' to you that still shows up, still affects you and your life, and you you have responded, how your body and mind are designed to respond to adversity, bad experiences and traumatic events. Those traumatic events being the adverse experiences, some of which we all go through, but are those experiences that affect us individualistically over the long-term. Our nervous system being at the crux of how, why and when it can affect us in many complex ways.
