✨ C L I E N T S P O T L I G H T ✨

The lovely Jill has been a committed class attendee since the beginning of our journey. She has even roped in her husband and son on occasion, too!
Jill is a lovely presence to have in class, and it brings me such joy to see the friendships she has made with those around her. There’s always a laugh between her and some of the other ladies, which is infectious!
Jill has had a stressful year, and yet handles all the challengers that come her way with a certain grace that is hard to emulate. I’ve seen her show incredible resistance in holding firm for those around her, and she has a true sensitivity to the feelings of others that makes people feel they can open up and lean on her. She’s also a dedicated foster parent which just cements the true selflessness of her character. This quality in a person is a gift, but we sometimes forget the people we lean on need support, too. Jill - thank you for the commitment you’ve shown, and ! hope that yoga has brought you a little bit of peace!

Something you guys have been asking for now for a wee while, a little early morning class to get the juices flowing before you start into the day.

This isn’t Pilates or yoga, but a session designed to complement both.

Reflecting here this evening on what was a beautiful day.

Ben & I are so grateful to be able to host a wellness retreat here in our very own home. We really hope that you all had a wholesome morning of movement, meditation, communication, and AMAZING SOUP.

But seriously, sometimes we have to pinch ourselves. How are we here, living this life. We have been on cloud 9 all day. Thank you to everyone who was a part of it.

The movement is only part of it. The feeling in the room, the craic, the connection between you all was just wonderful for us.

We can’t wait to do it again.

Sunday run club.

Run to feel good, not to chase a target. As part of our increasing wellness offerings, we will be running a weekly run club for all levels, including walkers and pram pushers!

We will meet at 8.00am on the Scarva Tow Path (entrance near the allotments) every Sunday to take a dander. No running experience needed. You are welcome to join us for our 9.30am yoga session back at our tandragee studio after.

Movement for the joy of movement, and nothing else.

Here’s our January timetable for 2026, with new classes including Pilates from Ben!

He’s offering two free sessions this week to give you a taste of what’s to come.

We’ve also added CORE to the schedule, which will be a supplementary class designed to build body strength to support your asana practice. While still based around the fundamental movements associated with yoga this class will focus on functional strength exercises. Our plan has modifications throughout to suit all ability levels from absolute beginner to sit up champion.

New faces always welcome, reach out if you have any questions 😊

The beautiful poem that perfectly describes this time of year by

“These days don’t belong to the year that’s ending or the one that hasn’t started.
They hover in the doorway
light,
unclaimed,
quietly generous.
Time loosens its grip.
Obligations fall asleep.
And for a moment,
you get to notice who you are
when no one
is asking anything of you.”

I already have a little fear for moving back into routine in January, and I’m trying to sit within that space and ask myself why I’m feeling that way.

Maybe all we need is to stop living life like everything is so urgent.

Have a peaceful end to the year.

IT’S ARRIVED 🎉

Very excited to introduce our new timetable from January 2026, with a few new wee additions, including Pilates with Ben!

All our classes can now be booked via our website or on the app. If you have class passes they can be used for any session.

I hope to see some of you with your trainers on, too!
