Essential Requirements;
🔴 Registered Nurse

🔴Experience in managing chronic conditions
🔴 Childhood and adult immunisation
🔴 Independent prescriber
🔴 Strong communication and IT skills

Unfortunately the front gates at the surgery have been repeatedly vandalised over the past few months. They have been fixed on multiple occasions only to be damaged again.

We are providing a service to the local community and this behaviour is really disappointing.

CCTV surveillance will be installed and we will have no choice but to contact the police if there are any further incidents.
