🧘‍♀️ Ashva Yoga Moira🧘‍♀️

Our next 6 week block of yoga starts next Wednesday 9th April at 7pm at Moira Lakes. This class is suitable for everyone with variations on poses to make it more challenging or more straightforward depending on what suits you and your body.

We are lucky to have a fabulous room that overlooks the lake and it is a very quiet and peaceful spot. All classes combine stretching and strength exercises with some faster and slower flows with something for everyone.

Yoga has huge benefits both mentally and physically and can be done by anyone with any body shape or size.
