Week 1 of Calm Your Mind in Millennium Court Arts Centre and the energy already feels beautiful.
Last night we eased into the programme with gentle breathwork, deep relaxation and the soothing tones of sound therapy.
A space to soften, to arrive, and to remember what it feels like to come home to yourself.
Here’s to six weeks of slowing down, reconnecting and creating calm from the inside out.

Hi all, Empower Wellness will be running a charity Wellness afternoon in Lurgan Town Hall on Sunday 7th June between 1pm-5pm. All proceeds of this event will be going to
Knitted Knockers of Northern Ireland. This amazing charity provide free hand made breast prosthetics for women that have been diagnosed with breast cancer across NI. They also founded Breast Friend’s Clubhouse which is a creative and social space for those affected by breast cancer amongst many other activities. As part of fund raising for this charity we would like to sell tickets for a ballot and would like to put it out to local businesses if they would like to donate something towards this? The money raised by this event will support many more woman on their breast cancer journies but will also help to raise awareness about this often life changing illness, not just for the person who is ill, but also their families and friends.
