Our outdoor facilities comprise Craigavon Golf & Ski Centre, Kinnego Marina, Kinnego Bushcraft Centre, Loughgall Golf & Country Park, South Lake Watersports, Gosford Forest Park, Clare Glen Caravan Park, Ardmore Recreation Centre, Cathedral Road Recreation Centre as well as a host of parks and open spaces including Lurgan Park, Palace Demesne, Solitude Park, Banbridge, Dromore Park, Portadown Peoples Park and Craigavon City Park incorporating Tannaghmore Gardens and Animal Farm. Our Sports Development team carry out a varied programme of activities throughout the year to get everyone active, moving and outdoors across Armagh, Banbridge and Craigavon. The team also provides an important link to governing bodies of sport and Sport NI and is the ‘go to’ for all sports persons from grass roots to elite athletes in the local area. The team is responsible for delivering the Sports Forum, funding for clubs, education courses, schools programmes, sport and exercise programmes for the public and the annual Sports Awards ceremony.
