Wondering what baby yoga is all about?? 👶

Enjoy a gentle return to exercise postnatally with lots of benefits for mum & baby including:
🤱Bonding and relaxation
💪Stretching and strengthening
👶Development of baby's movement skills
🎶Early communication skills with singing
👩‍👧Meet and encourage other mums

Class sizes are small and baby-led...
We go with the flow and respond to baby's (and mum's) needs...

Wondering what baby yoga classes are all about?? My classes include massage, holds, stretching, singing and rhymes, and relaxation.

Playing with babies in this way helps to ease their transition through developmental milestones (rolling, sitting, crawling, standing, walking)... And it's lots of fun, promoting bonding between mum & baby 😊
