UPDATE: POLICE OPERATION HAS ENDED - INVESTIGATIONS ONGOING.🚨 𝐏𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐀𝐦𝐛𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 – 𝐁𝐚𝐧𝐧 𝐁𝐫𝐢𝐝𝐠𝐞, 𝐏𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐚𝐝𝐨𝐰𝐧 🚨

There is currently a significant police and ambulance presence at the Bann Bridge in Portadown. Police are in the very early stages of dealing with a serious incident connected to the river.

I’ve been liaising with the local police team and would encourage everyone to give them time and space to carry out their work. Please be assured the situation is very much in hand. There will be some disruption for the next number of hours.

My thoughts and prayers are with all those affected and our emergency services who day and daily deal with difficult situations. 🙏

This wee dog was spotted loose in the Scarva area earlier this evening.

They’re now safe and being looked after by the USPCA. If you think this could be your dog, or if you have any information that might help, please contact the USPCA directly.

We’re certain someone is missing them and we’d love to help reunite them with their family. 🐾
