👣 I spent the majority of my Reflexology career working with women who were trying to conceive. 👶🏻

It was near and dear to my heart, as I didn't begin trying to conceive until I was 39, and was afraid we would have difficulties. Luckily we didn't have anything physically wrong, although it did still take 14 months for us to get pregnant.

I do, however credit Reflexology and womb massage with getting me pregnant (fairly) easily at the ripe old age of 40.

Its truly one of the most rewarding things to get that text or call to say "My test is positive" ✔️ 👶🏻

And there was no better feeling than getting to meet the babies when they came along as part of my Baby Reflexology group classes 🥹

The neck and shoulders are closely linked to responsibility and pressure.

When someone feels like they have to hold everything together, the body often carries that load physically.

In reflexology, this can show up in the neck reflexes at the base of the toes and in the shoulder reflexes under the 5th toe.

Foot Reading 📖 👣

The man's foot on the right, I can immediately tell because he has a longer 2nd toe "feeling toe" than 1st toe "thinking toe" he leads more with his feelings than his thinking.

He really needs space to think, probably enjoys a lot of alone time (the space between his 1st and 2nd toe)

He is an action taker, straightforward in his work, he's not too complicated (I can tell this by the stature of his 3rd toe, his "doing toe"

He's not a great communicator, he leads more with action than words (I can tell this because his 4th toe "communication toe" is much shorter than his 3rd toe "doing toe".

Your jaw may be holding more than tension.

Many people clench their jaw without even realising it.

But when we look deeper, the jaw is often connected to expression.

The things we didn’t say.
The emotions we held back.
The moments we stayed quiet to keep the peace.

In reflexology, this often shows up in the toe reflexes linked to the jaw, face and neck
