Fit and Healthy with the Lamp Post Lady A page for those interested in a healthy lifestyle with clean eating and Juice Plus In march 2015 I was introduced to Juice Plus+ and clean eating.

It's a healthy eating plan that is easy to follow as it includes lots of the foods I love and it's a lifestyle change I'm pleased I made. At the same time I also took up running. I've never been a runner and have always struggled. When I first started I couldn't run between 2 lamp posts! However, with Juice Plus+, clean eating and the determination to be fit and healthy I have achived lots of small personal goals and feel good for it.
