DBS checked Touch is a baby’s first form of communication and interaction. Having worked as a neonatal nurse since 2008 and also having two small children of my own, I’ve witnessed first-hand the importance of positive touch on a baby’s development. Massage, reflexology and yoga can enhance the bond between parents and baby and can help with common issues in infancy such as colic, constipation, teething pains, sleeping difficulties and skin complaints. ALL babies are welcome in our classes, massage can be particularly beneficial for babies who have been born prematurely and those with additional health needs. Twins and triplets are welcome, please contact me for a code for discounted booking. We offer local face-to-face classes, home visits, focus workshops, Dad’s workshops and can offer gift vouchers on request. Any questions or queries then please contact me for further information.

👶🏻 The perfect session for babies from birth up to wobbly toddlers 👶🏻

Have you just had a baby and want to meet other mamas without the structure of a class?

Have you been religiously coming to Baby Spa every month but now feel your little one is too active for massage?

Our Cake, Bubbles and Chat is an unstructured session where you can grab some cake, a glass of Nosecco (other beverages available!) and have a good natter while your baby plays. There will also be a themed back drop set up for photos and a hand/foot print craft to do.

This year we brought you themed sessions for Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Easter, a Summer Luau, our Strawberry Party, Halloween and Christmas and next year will also include Luxury Baby Spa and our Cake, Bubbles and Chat sessions!
