ed first-hand the importance of positive touch on a baby’s development. Massage, reflexology and yoga can enhance the bond between parents and baby and can help with common issues in infancy such as colic, constipation, teething pains, sleeping difficulties and skin complaints. ALL babies are welcome in our classes, massage can be particularly beneficial for babies who have been born prematurely and those with additional health needs. Twins and triplets are welcome, please contact me for a code for discounted booking. We offer local face-to-face classes, home visits, focus workshops, Dad’s workshops and can offer gift vouchers on request. Any questions or queries then please contact me for further information.

After a really busy December, January and February, things have been a bit quieter recently. As many of you know I run these classes as a hobby alongside my full time job because I love teaching massage and reflexology, and being able to help shape some special memories for you and your baby!

Whilst we still have some sessions fully booked (Toddler Spa…. we can’t wait!) we’d love to see some new and returning faces over the next months — feel free to spread the word if you know anyone who might enjoy our sessions! As always, we appreciate any recommendations and shares.

There are still some spaces left for Baby Spa in May and waiting lists for our Summer sessions are now open! Whether these will be Baby Spa, Luxury Baby Spa or Toddler Spa, that’s up to you guys! Comment below if you’d like to added to a waiting list.

All sessions are held at Cramlington Village Community Centre and are normally on the third Thursday of every month.

We have quite a few new babies booked onto our next Baby Spa, so thought we would answer some frequently asked questions to help make your session run smoother:

Where are the sessions held?

All our sessions are held at Cramlington Village Community Centre. There is a free car park just outside.
Once inside the centre we are in the smaller room, off to the left. We ask that you leave pushchairs in the foyer area but car seats and bags etc can be brought in

What do you need to bring?

Just yourself and baby. We provide everything for the spa experience - towels, robes, massage oil and little spa extras. We even have a supply of nappies, wipes and nappy sacks in case you forget anything.

How do the sessions run?

We make sure every session starts with a drink and a pastry! We then do a little round of introductions and get comfortable before running through the spa session which will include elements of massage and reflexology.
Following this there is always a photo backdrop set up for photos and time for some sensory play. During our themed sessions there will also be a hand/footprint craft.

What if my baby cries?
That’s fine, babies cry. I always start my sessions by explaining they are laid back, baby-led sessions. If you need to feed, change nappies, pace the room whilst giving cuddles… it’s fine!

Is Spa Babies a ‘once only’ session?

No, you can come along to as many sessions as you’d like. We love to see people returning 🥰

📣 Help needed to plan our Summer sessions! Do you have a baby or toddler in need of a relaxing Spa! 📣

We really do need your help! Facebook/Instagram reach is pants! If you see this post then please give us a little boost. Whether it’s sharing one of our posts, giving one of our photos a like or just having a little scroll through our previous posts to see what grabs your attention... any little interaction helps!

We know attending sessions through the Summer can be hit and miss with holidays and childcare issues with older siblings off school so we want to plan our sessions around what you want to see!

Let us know if you want the regular Baby or Toddler Spa, the more sumptuous Luxury Baby Spa or a laid back Cake, Bubbles and Chat! Do you want another Strawberry party like last year? Or a Summer Luau themed Spa! Throw any suggestions our way and we will aim to make it happen!
