It’s been a while!!
Hello again FaceBook 👋
It’s been a hot minute since I’ve been posting on my business page.
That’s because I’ve been crazy busy and when I say busy I mean busy 😅
However, I’m going to start sharing more information, advice and suggestions.
So that the community of people here can have the knowledge to help themselves.
I’m not going to preach about ‘what I eat in a day’ or ‘you need to be in the 5am club to make progress’
None of that 💩
I want to share REAL information about what you can do for yourself to help progress within your health & fitness journey.
If thats to help reduce injury risk or you’re knee deep in peri-menopause/menopause or you have a gym goal you want help with…….
Any of the above and more - I’ll do my best to keep the information coming 🙌
To kick things off though I wanted to share some success stories, to show off my amazing clients but also to show that I’ve been a busy bee 🐝
Below is my absolute beaut of a client Hannah.
After joining me a year ago - which it was well verbalized that Hannah isn’t a fitness person and thought she would tap out after a couple months 😂
Hannah is a year down the line and is
2 1/2 stone lighter.
This hun can now deadlift over 90kg and is working her way to doing chin ups.
This is also whilst going on holidays, nights out and food festivals!
The best part is Hannah FEELS amazing and actually tolerates the gym more now - I think that’s the best compliment I’ve had as a PT 🤣
I’m not one for sharing Before and Afters and especially not whilst holding a plaque with the weight loss on🫠
BUT these before and afters from Hannah show her journey so far.
