You may have seen reports in the news regarding a product recall affecting certain SMA infant and follow-on formulas.

We have been informed that specific batches of SMA infant formula and follow-on formula have been recalled. If you have purchased or been supplied with one of the affected batch numbers, please do not feed it to your baby.

👉 We strongly advise you to speak to a healthcare professional or pharmacist for guidance on a suitable alternative.

We are aware that Brockwell Pharmacy have been changing some patients’ EPS nominations without their consent, which has led to delays in patients receiving important medication. This issue is not only affecting our pharmacy, but also patients at Boots and Wells Pharmacy.

Unfortunately, the NHS is currently unable to prevent Brockwell from making these unauthorised changes, which means this can continue to happen without warning.
