BOXACTIVE FOR PARKINSON'S.
This is a short instruction led reaction game. It's just a bit of fun but gets the brain engaged whilst the simple instructions provide movement and muscle memory. By no means scientific but we have a laugh!

We are delighted to confirm a NEW Pilates class will commence with us from 25 Feb with Anna. This is in addition to our regular Monday class

£4.50pp (all other classes go up from £4.00 on 1 March)

Ten class discount cards (£35.00) are valid.
Class PLUS gym memberships are valid.

Please note newbies attending Pilates for the first time will get their first class free, if you have already attended on a Monday the free class option does not apply.
