A FREE 8-WEEK PROGRAMME
Each week the workshop will include an appropriate physical activity element which can range from Boxing Padwork, Circuits, Pickleball, New Age Kurling etc and also the chance to socialise over a cuppa in a safe environment and have the opportunity to discuss a range of topics from weight management, nutrition education, physical activity guidance and behavioral support to help you achieve lasting results.

Over the course of 8 weeks, we will focus on helping you make realistic, lasting lifestyle changes.

Our weekly BoxActive class is thriving thanks to funding from Sport Parkinson's as we continue to support adults living with

Some of the quotes we have received sum the class and the participants very well:

We have opened the class to anyone with a long term illness and the 45 minute class runs every Tuesday at 10.30am. Pop along and give it a go, or just come and watch to see if this is for you.
