I’m Jude, and I am excited to introduce my new reflexology business, The Sole Sanctuary.

Reflexology is a holistic therapy based on the principle that specific points on our feet (and hands/ears) are linked to every part of our body, helping to restore balance and promote well-being.

Reflexology is more than just a foot massage; it can assist with a wide range of issues, including:
•Anxiety and stress
•Insomnia and fatigue
•Digestive disorders
•General relaxation and resetting the body.

My calm and restful treatment room is open and ready for you to pause and reset.

📍 Based in Cramlington, & Wednesday in Ashington (Inside The Body Bar, 134 Milburn Road, Ashington)
💷 £30 for 1 hour treatment. First treatment will be slightly longer as it includes full consultation. Cash or bank transfer.
