Oura ring reading from a regular client who finds relaxing hard and leads a very stressful life. She managed to slow down and relax falling asleep for 26min, 11mins of DEEP sleep. She woke up feeling deeply relaxed wanting more so has booked her regular Monday 5pm slot for the next few months🙌
