Spring Equinox joy and best wishes to all of you!! The start of a fresh new cycle, bulbs and other flowers reaching up to the sun from their sleepy winter beds deep in the earth and the sun graces us with her warming rays. I will be celebrating with some others at a beautiful gong bath, raising vibrations and clearing my mind to make room for all the plans I have for the year ahead.

FIRST DAY COMPLETE!! 💖

The absolute joy of opening up this new space this morning was extraordinary. The sign is not up yet, the new flyers are not ready, there's still a few pictures to put on the wall and at some point I will get new carpets, but this beautiful cozy space is my new clinic home a I just love it!! I will be sharing my space with some of the amazing therapists that have joined me as part of the Weald Natural Health Centre and our schedule will be posted soon.

We can't wait to see you all in our little hub of loveliness!! 🙌✨️

SOME EXCITING NEWS!!

I'm excited to share that my work (both and ) is moving to a gorgeous little premises in Benenden! 🌿✨

I’ve absolutely loved my time in Tenterden and have built an amazing community of incredible holistic health professionals, but with a change of ownership at our office in the Trading Post, we had to find some new digs. So I've been busy working away to lease a new space and it will be opening on The Street in Benenden on Monday!!!

I can’t wait for you all to see the beautiful new clinic space — it’s truly something special. Those that know me,know that Benenden is a special place for me, it literally feels like coming home.

Imbolc — A Celebration of Returning Light

In folk tradition, Imbolc is a quiet and deeply symbolic festival that marks the first quiet murmurings of spring. Celebrated around February 1st, it is not a celebration of what we already have, but of what is beginning to awaken unseen.

Imbolc is midway between the Winter Solstice and the Spring Equinox, the days grow steadily longer, the land softens, and life slowly prepares to return.

In traditional rural life, Imbolc was closely tied to the lambing season and the first flow of milk after winter scarcity. These signs were quiet but powerful assurances that the earth had not forgotten life. Though fields remained bare, fertility had already returned in secret.

Imbolc teaches patience — a trust in cycles that unfold slowly, beneath the surface, long before they can be seen.

Light your fires, put candles in your windows at night, trust in growth and new beginnings.

What a beautiful weekend. I took a little time out with a friend to visit and where we were held in the most beautiful session of sound healing, meditation, a journey into our soul temple and finished with a personalised hand poked tattoo that reflects our experience. I found the whole afternoon so utterly healing and I will be forever grateful for the experience. I will be looking out for future events. For now, I'm going to keep dreaming of my moonlit pool radiating light to guide my way into this next chapter.
