The ethos behind Bedgebury Wellbeing is to take time for yourself to unwind and disconnect from the stresses of everyday life and find ways to create a balanced lifestyle. It is important to figure out what works for you. Spending time in nature is important to me and vital to my essence. I have been inspired by the beauty of the forest at Bedgebury and this has motivated me to share my lovely home with others in a retreat environment.

I am so excited to showcase our exciting new plans to create a resort and spa in the southeast of England. The accommodation currently available includes an idyllic farmhouse which sleeps eight. Bedgebury Forest Yoga is located on site as is Shanti Daya Spa & Massage. I am hoping to entice you to come and visit. Bedgebury is such a beautiful location. I love it and I am sure you will too.
