Time is rapidly moving forward and although I don’t plan to stop work too soon, this is what I have for November at the moment!
Get your appointments booked in and booked ahead for December before I take a little time off for the baby.

FROM NEXT WEEK!!
Clarite is having a change around and so I will be going back to where I originally was in goudhurst.
Mostly will just be working Mondays and Wednesdays but it’s always worth messaging just incase I have other space available.
All my treatments will continue as normal however I won’t be able to offer spray tans or nails to begin with, whilst I get set up for those. But all other waxing, massages and beauty treatments will be available.
For the next few months please just message me on socials or WhatsApp 07789266034 to get your appointments booked in whilst I switch over on the booking system.

The negative pressure is far less painful than the downward pressure of a deep tissue or sports massage, but the pain relief and benefits can be the same! Cupping works by bringing the blood flow to the surface and creating a pressure and release technique to increase blood flow, reduce toxicity and reduce pain and inflammation.

45 amazing women and girls came to this mornings bootcamp… some facing hangovers.. others sacrificing sleep. But they absolutely smashed it and got involved in everything.. after a sweaty game of burpee bulldog I’m sure they all found their love for burpees (or not😈)
Then we had an amazing 63year old annihilate a 3min 15 second plank!!
It’s not too late to join us next Thursday 7pm
If you want extra fitness in the meantime join us for touch on a Tuesday at 7!
We have something for the daughters too, Tuesdays 6-7.
