🚨 We’re Hiring: Live-In Care Manager (Complex Care) 🚨
📍 Surrey | 🕒 Full-Time | 🚗 Mileage Paid
Join Novus Care, a family-run care provider delivering high-quality, person-centred care in people’s homes.
Due to continued growth, we’re looking for an experienced Live-In Care Manager to lead and develop our live-in and complex care services.

✨ What you’ll do:
• Oversee live-in & complex care packages
• Complete assessments, care plans & reviews
• Support carers and ensure top-quality care delivery
• Work closely with families & healthcare professionals
• Maintain high standards in line with CQC

💡 What we’re looking for:
• Experience in live-in & complex care (PEG, tracheostomy, neuro, etc.)
• Level 3+ in Health & Social Care
• Strong leadership & communication skills
• Full UK driving licence
