I'm now offering counselling on zoom only. I've had the privileged to meet and work with people face to face for over 15 years, but recently had to look at my own personal circumstances, stage of life and disability. I decided I'm in a unique personal position being a disabled counsellor to help other people like me by working online using Zoom. If you're disabled and struggle to find an accessible face-to face counsellor with experience of disability or you're a carer, or parents of children with disabilities I may be the person for you. I'm also happy to continue working with anyone who would just simply find it more practical to have counselling online. I offer a free 15-20 minute no obligation chat on zoom to see if I'm the right counsellor for you.

So today we're being told it's blue Monday. It was grey, wet and windy and dark this morning, the financial situation isn't good after Christmas, relationships may have been strained. At times like this it's important to be aware of what we are listening to and watching and maybe choose to watch something uplifting and positive. Also nature is free so if you can get out and go for a walk that can help. Listening to music can also change how you feel or maybe even acknowledge and express how you feel. If the music reminds you of a happy time even better. If you need to explore other ways to cope with your feelings or talk about how to cope with other issues or situations I have appointments available please don't hesitate in contacting me.
