Form over force ✨

Stop rounding your spine and start activating your strength.
Engage your legs, lift your chest, draw the belly in, and lengthen through the spine for a deeper, safer stretch.

Small alignment shifts = big results 💪🧘‍♀️

We have a New Moon in Pisces on 18th March. There may be a natural pull to reflect on the past 12 months, patterns which may have been repeating or unresolved emotional experiences. Pisces energy can help us bring compassion and acceptance to these areas so we can finally release them.
This clearing process is especially significant because just two days later, on March 20, we have the Spring Equinox🌸. The point when the day and night are approximately equal in length.
It reminds us that endings and beginnings are one and the same. 💚We have an opportunity to gain a clearer awareness of what is meant to be consolidated and what is meant to be dissolved, what is meant to be created and what is meant to be released. We are being asked to trust that what we surrender is not lost, everything we let go of is making space for something more meaningful, something more aligned with our authentic self. As old identities and ambitions dissolve, new wishes and desires may begin to arise, quietly, still in an undefined form.💜
A New Moon in Pisces may bring us into a place where the threshold between what is ending and what is beginning is not clear, but we can feel what has been coexisting with what is taking shape.
We are invited to attune to the world of imagination and endless possibilities, and to remember that healing and growth aren’t always linear.
Progress can’t be rushed, seeds grow in the dark, they need time to sprout-when it looks like nothing is happening, a lot is going on beneath the surface.
Rather than focusing only on specific goals, this New Moon encourages us to tune into the bigger picture of how we want our lives to feel. Pisces energy allows space for intuition and creativity to guide us. We can take time to notice what feels draining, heavy, or stagnant and consider what steps we can take to release it. This might mean setting stronger boundaries, letting go of old expectations or simply allowing ourselves time to rest and reset. 🙏

Let’s nurture our ‘inner children’ this Mother’s Day. 💚We have the opportunity to practice self-compassion, giving ourselves the love and attention we may have needed growing up. Maybe we can prioritise activities we find joyful or soothing. Sending love and comfort. 💝

Loving your body is not about believing it is flawless. It is about understanding that it has carried you through every moment of your life - the joyful ones, the painful ones, the ordinary days when you simply existing to strength.

What a powerful reminder of why we should be loving, or at least being grateful for our bodies.
With love

Who doesn’t love Child’s Pose? 💕

Who doesn’t love Child’s Pose? 💕

Give your nervous system permission to soften. 🌿

Supported. Safe. Unrushed.
This gentle reset in Child’s Pose isn’t about stretching — it’s about signaling safety to your body. When the spine is supported and the breath slows, muscles release and the mind stops scanning for stress.

Stay for 8–10 minutes.
Let your biology switch from survival to healing.

Breathe. Release. Reset. ✨
