On Sunday February 1st we have the Full Snow Moon, representing the Wintering time of deep reflection and quiet inner strength.
We may feel a powerful love energy that invites emotional clarity, healing and growth. Whether we are in a relationship with someone else or not, we are invited to explore and better understand our individual emotional needs.
The bold, heart-centered fire energy of Leo, offers us the opportunity to release what no longer serves us while reconnecting with confidence, creativity and authentic self-expression.
Leo asks us to consider:
* Are we living authentically or seeking approval?
* Are we honoring our passions or suppressing them?
* Where are we being called to lead with the heart?

A Friday Night Ritual for You

✨ Step One.. Permission

Light a candle.
Nothing fancy. Just something to mark this moment.
Take a breath in.
Let it out slowly.
Whisper softly,
"This time is mine.
I am allowed.
I am allowed."

✨ Step Two... Letting Go

Notice where the week still clings.. tight shoulders, tired bones, shallow breath.
Let the weight begin to loosen.
No fixing. No naming.
Whisper softly,
"I set it down.
I release the week.
I set it down."

✨ Step Three.. Listening

Place a hand on your body... wherever feels right.
Ask once, What do I need this weekend?
Then whisper,
"I am listening.
I am listening."

✨ Step Four... Trust

Whatever rises... rest, space, quiet, comfort, nothing at all..
let it be enough.
Whisper softly,
I trust what comes.
I trust myself.

✨ Step Five... Close & Heal

Take a sip of your drink.
Look at the flame one last time.
Whisper slowly,
"I let the week go.
I allow myself to heal.
I rest. I soften. I heal."

Blow out the candle when it feels right.

The New Moon on Sunday 18th January offers a brand-new opportunity. For its potential to be fulfilled, the ‘weeds should be pulled’, emotions felt, the previous year released and passions followed.
Capricorn energy blends practical ambition with authentic values and vision, encouraging us to move beyond old patterns.
The transition into 2026 may begin to feel more fluid, with movement finally flowing. We are encouraged to trust our intuition and take grounded, decisive action towards our goals, moving them from potential to reality.
We are invited to embrace Capricorn’s practicality. We will benefit from using this time for introspection, setting intentions for our health, relationships, work and finances, aligning them with our true selves. If we need help to release the past, journaling around old issues may be useful. As we consciously let go, we create space for the new - the present and the future. (We may not know exactly what we want to plant just yet. However, we can focus on what we wish to remove, uproot, and the type of foundation we wish to lay.)
January’s New Moon can help clarify how we really feel and give us the confidence to speak up. Capricorn’s straightforward attitude allows us to see the essence of our situation, without glossing over of the truth.
We can focus on keeping our communication to the point, but kind and compassionate - to ourselves and others.

Here’s a little Winter treat: free yoga in the Mediterranean biome on Saturday mornings through January. 🥰

Reset and recharge every Saturday from 10–31 January 2026 during our free yoga sessions at the Eden Project. Set within our tranquil Mediterranean Biome, these weekly sessions are designed to help you slow down and support your overall wellbeing in a calm, natural environment.
