Our Registered Manager, Sam, will be turning 50 in 2026, and to mark this incredible milestone she has chosen to take on the Great North Run in September 2026.

Sam has chosen a charity that is very close to our hearts as a community: MIND – the mental health charity working across England and Wales.

At MIND, they believe that no one should face a mental health problem alone. They are there for anyone who is stressed, depressed, or in crisis – offering a listening ear, support and advice, and fighting for better mental health for all.

Any donation, big or small, would be hugely appreciated and will help make a real difference. Thank you for supporting Sam and this vital cause. 🩷
