I can’t believe I am writing these words but after just over a year of fighting, My Wonderful Legend of a Mummy, Jill Turner, lost her battle to Lung Cancer and slipped away from us all on 23:02:24

This exact date 11 years ago I also said goodbye to my best friend Clare Cooper at her funeral and the only comfort being the synchronicity and universe channelling it’s ways 💫🪐

Words cannot describe how much I miss my Mum already she was my absolute rock with the purest heart. And she did enjoy her Reflexology right until the end!

As you can appreciate I will be taking some time out to be with family therefore:

🦶Aim To Heel will be closed w/c 26th February and I will only have a select few appt slots w/c 4th March and w/c 11th March🦶

I think I have been in touch with most of you over this period to rearrange any appts, but please do let me know if I haven’t as I’m a bit all over the place at present!

I’ve received some amazing words and support already and I can’t thank everyone enough for making me feel so loved and cared for at this heartbreaking time 💜 our family is very grateful 💜

Never forget how important you are to yourself to allow you to be important for others 🤍

Working in this industry, we give a lot out, and that’s 💯 our calling and what we signed up to do, but we can’t do that unless we practice what we preach! Thanks to all the lovely people who look out for me: family, friends, clients, fellow therapists and random people with their acts of kindness. You allow me to navigate through each day so I can do what I love and give back. Every day is a beautiful gift 🤍

💜 It’s approaching that time of year again… 4th February will be 11 years since I lost my bestest friend, Clare Cooper to Addisons Disease 💜

Addisons is an attack on the Adrenal glands that play a key role in the production of our Cortisol, Aldosterone and DHEA hormones vital to regulate blood sugar, metabolism, sodium levels, s*x drive, hair growth and collaboratively manage our stress levels when things amount in our every day lives and we hit ‘flight, fight, freeze’ moments.

Keeping them in balance can prevent illness and Reflexology can contribute to this.

Help me celebrate Clare’s legacy and support others affected by this disease by booking a special Adrenal focused Reflexology treatment with me!

From January 2024 these will be my new opening times. I am excited to now offer treatments on a Friday 😊 and I will also be adding Ear Reflexology to my treatment list! 👂🧘‍♀️💫
