First, we pop you in a gentle warm sauna for half an hour. It’s not the sweat-box kind—more like a hug that melts the knots while beautiful sounds wash over you.
You just sit, breathe, let everything loosen.
People come out looking softer, like someone lifted a backpack they didn’t know they were wearing.
Then I put my hands on you—nothing weird, just calm touch—while we breathe together.
It feels like a slow exhale you’ve been holding for years.
If your heart feels stuck, we work there; if your stomach’s tied in knots, we untangle that.
No talking needed—your body just sighs, “Ah, okay.”
Last part’s the quiet bit.
I guide you down an elevator of relaxation and stress relief until thoughts stop chattering and the body is completely relaxed.
You float into a safe room where you can hand over every hurt you’ve dragged around—like dropping wet clothes in a dryer.
Fear and worry spin out, gone, disintegrated.
You come back lighter, like you’ve been vacuum-packed with fresh air.
You leave walking straighter, sleeping deeper, and noticing colours are brighter.
Some cry once—just once—then grin, then smile and say thank you. With no idea how this really works, they just know they feel better now.
It works because of the set intention of healing the mind and body, in a safe space, using neuroscience and natural energy.
