Authentic v Authentique / Authentic v Souverain

Once upon a time, a woman went looking for her true self.

She tried being kind, being bold, being vulnerable, being fierce… but something still felt like a performance.

One day she grew tired of trying and simply stopped.

In that moment of pure stillness, something ancient inside her woke up.

She didn’t become more authentic — she became Authentique.

She wasn’t trying to show who she was anymore… she simply was. Her presence alone felt like coming home.

Not long after, a man who had spent years proving his strength, protecting everyone around him, and holding everything together finally reached his limit.

He laid down every role, every mask, every weight he had been carrying.

In that surrender, he didn’t become more authentic — he became Souverain. He stood in his full, quiet power, no longer needing to prove anything to anyone.

The woman, now Authentique, and the man, now Souverain, recognised each other immediately.

They didn’t need to explain themselves.

Their souls simply knew — they had both finally come home to who they truly were.

And in that meeting, they remembered:
True power doesn’t perform.�True essence doesn’t try.
It simply is.

Authentique doesn’t try to be real.
Souverain doesn’t try to be strong.
They simply are.

Now for the real question…
In your everyday life — at home, at work, with your children, in your relationships — where are you still performing… and where are you finally ready to simply be?

✨ Coincidence v Synchronicity
Let’s talk about something that’s been on my mind a lot, due to being presented with constant evidence everyday now… so it’s impossible to be coincidence’s! Plural haha!

How many times has something magical happened in your life and you just casually said
“Wow, what a coincidence!”?

It wasn’t a beautiful coincidence!

That was Synchronicity — the Universe quietly winking at you, saying “I’ve got you.”

You think about someone… and they message you.

You quietly wish for help… and the perfect person appears.

You feel lost… and suddenly the exact thing you needed lands in your lap.

These aren’t random moments. These are the moments when you chose yourself by the way.

So next time something beautifully timed happens, I want you to feel it in your body. Think about feeling the energy attached to it. You can do that. It’s neuroscience!

Look up, smile softly, and whisper “Thank you… I see you.”

The more you notice her, the more she dances with you.

Why I choose to teach others with my work and creations…. I’ve seen a lot of pain and suffering in the corporate workplace. This is why I created Global Mind Healing.

I used to sit in boardrooms with heads of finance. They thought they hired me for Executive support services.

I was there to remind them people had hearts.
And that hearts beat louder than spreadsheets.

I left the towers and large glass windows.

Still working. Only now – the people I save aren’t losing their happiness or scared of life changes.

They’re losing loneliness and are now determined and excited about the future they are building.

Same job.
Different war.
Hearts beating.
