Lucy Bear STILL Method Anxiety & Resilience Coach I am a coach who uses The STILL Method to help adults, children and young people overcome anxiety. I am a registered coach who offers both programmes.

My name is Lucy Bear and I am a family learning tutor and coach who uses The STILL Method. I am based in Crawley, West Sussex and have worked with parents and children for over 20 years. Whether delivered in person or online, in groups or one-to-one, the STILL Method consists of 6 one hour long sessions which take place weekly. There are two STILL Method programmes, one specifically designed for c

hildren and young people and the other for adults. The STILL Method has five elements STOP-TALK-IMAGINE-LISTEN-LEARN and is a step-by-step approach which can help reduce anxiety, build confidence and raise self-esteem. Each session of the programme introduces one element, with the first session focusing on how to stop feelings of anxiety, fear and self-doubt and by session five students will have created their own unique STILL plan. The STILL Method provides students with the tools to deal with difficult feelings, fear and phobic thoughts. Each element of the STILL Method incorporates tools from a range of disciplines including; Neuro Linguistic Programming, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, positive psychology, coaching and personal development. STILL Method sessions are created to be delivered in a fun and informative way. Ideas and concepts are presented in a practical and interactive way which allows everyone to gain from the session regardless of ability. The STILL Method is rapidly growing in popularity around the world with groups taking place in schools and other settings across the UK, Australia, USA and Europe.
