I’ve been massaging for over a decade, and it’s still one of my favourite treatments to both give and receive.

Over the years I’ve trained in a variety of techniques including Swedish massage, deep tissue, neuromuscular therapy for soft tissue dysfunction, pre and post natal massage, and oncology massage. I’m also currently completing a CPD course in clinical stretch therapy and cupping to continue expanding my skills.

Every massage I offer is completely bespoke to my clients. Whether you’re recovering from injury, managing muscular tension, or simply looking to relax and unwind, your treatment will be tailored to how you’re feeling on the day.
