Due to a national network issue we are experiencing reduced access to some systems and no access to incoming calls.

- All appointments are going ahead as planned
- Phone lines may be unavailable or very busy
- Please use our online services where possible to help us manage demand
- If your enquiry is not urgent, please consider contacting us on another day

Resident doctors will be taking strike action from 7am on 7 April until 7am on 13 April.

Our practice remains open, however services across the NHS may be busier than usual. Please use the right service at the right time – contact NHS 111 for urgent advice and 999 only in emergencies.

The practice will be closed on Friday 3rd and Monday 6th April For the Easter Bank Holiday.

During this time, if you have a non-urgent query, please refer to our website, visit your local pharmacy or call 111. If you have a life-threatening emergency dial 999.

We will reopen on Tuesday 7th as usual.

Please support our colleagues at Surrey and Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust by making the right choice if you need care. Services across the Trust are extremely busy and visiting restrcitions have been bought in due to high levels of Norovirus.

In response to the continued high levels of Norovirus across our hospital, sustained demand in our Emergency Department, and the challenges we are facing moving patients around the site in line with necessary infection control measures, the Trust has declared a Critical Incident.

Please only use our Emergency Department (ED) for serious or life-threatening emergencies. For all other urgent health needs, consider these alternatives:
- Your GP
- NHS 111 - online or by phone, available 24/7
- Your local pharmacy – expert advice for several ailments through Pharmacy First https://bit.ly/4duHKcu
- Urgent Treatment Centre at Crawley Hospital
- Minor Injuries Units at Caterham Dene, Horsham Hospital and Queen Victoria Hospital
