Changing our mindsets and the way we look at ourselves and others really does help to change the external environment✨ A simple release ritual and intention setting practice can help to clear away negative energy from both the body and mind, creating space within ourselves to live a much fuller life🙏🏻 When we learn and can bring ourselves to understand that the external happenings are really a reflection of our inner workings, things become easier and life flows more abundantly❤️ If you haven’t got a morning/evening practice of meditation or intention setting, try it and see how your external world changes and your internal world becomes more peaceful 🕉️

Whilst laying on the Biomat; which has a sacred geometric pattern on its cover and within, and is aligned with amethyst and black tourmaline crystals, you will be surrounded in other crystals; intended for healing, as well as a soothing, calming frequency music. I will use Reiki touch to infuse the bodies with the universal healing energies that will compliment your therapy. EbsHealing Balm is a natural alternative to volterol or other pain relieving creams. I started making this in 2017 for Ebonie to ease her leg/feet neuropathy caused by cancer treatments. She would prefer it to other pain relief methods. Since she passed in 2019 I’ve continued to make it for my family and close friends because I can see it helps different ailments.
