roviding well-being and life coaching for the individual. Coaching is beneficial for any issues that are causing stress and anxiety, and is impacting
on your emotional and physical well-being. Coaching sessions are face-to-face, by telephone, or email, and are beneficial for all adults and young people. Individual face-to-face sessions or workshops are both provided. Fees are £55.00 for a face-to-face or telephone session, each session lasts an hour. We do consider personal circumstances, and can offer reduced rates for students and those on a low income. We also have email coaching prices on request.
