Ideal Complex Care is expanding and we’re looking for an experienced Complex Live‑In Carer to support an individual within their own home, providing high‑quality, person‑centred complex care.

This role is ideal for someone with strong clinical skills and experience in areas such as suctioning, PEG, ventilator care, spinal injuries, tracheostomy or laryngectomy care, learning disabilities and challenging behaviours.

💷 Pay & Benefits:
• Daily Rate: £178.80–£231.00
• Hourly Rate: £7.45 (paid 24 hours)
• Food Allowance: £35 per week
• Travel Expenses: Fully covered to and from the care package
