"I haven’t fit into this skirt since before Covid!" 😳👗

For years, felt like she was stuck. She’d tried the programs, did the restrictive diets, and dealt with the "zero accountability" cycle... until she decided to give it one last shot with us in October.

The goal?

What a week last week was! From singing at the top of our lungs at the theater to hitting big milestones with my clients, my heart (and my schedule) is full.

Here are a few highlights:

Moments & Memories:

There’s nothing like singing until you’re breathless or trying something new—turns out oysters aren't as bad as I thought! 😅

Most importantly, I loved the quality time spent with Gaby trying out new meals. ♥️

​Work & Wins:

I absolutely love hosting client events. Seeing everyone in person is such a highlight! I’m beyond proud of my clients; every single day they are inching closer to the lives they deserve to lead.

A huge shoutout to Gaby’s brother for landing the promotion he’s worked so hard for! (Second to last slide is him after just one week in the new role lol).

​Lessons Learned:

1. I clearly need to practice my Marvel Villainous strategy because is currently undefeated. 😂

2. Never rely on motivation.

It’s fleeting. Just show up; I promise your workouts/ runs or any exercise will always leave you feeling positive and motivated once they’re done. 💯

If you’re over 35 and feel like you’ve lost your 'spark' or your drive, I need you to hear this: It’s not a character flaw.

It’s burnout from being the backbone of everything.

By this stage of life, you’ve become an expert at anticipating everyone else's needs.

You know when the kids need new shoes, when your partner is stressed, and when your parents need a check-in.

But when was the last time you anticipated your own needs?

'Lack of motivation' is just the mask we wear when we are physically and mentally over-leveraged. You don’t need a stricter diet or a more intense workout.

You need:

Permission to let someone else handle the 'small stuff.'

Boundaries that protect your sleep, your movement, and your peace.

A plan that acknowledges you are a human, not a machine.

Stop ghosting yourself to keep everyone else happy. It’s time to put yourself back on the map. To feel important once again & be a priority

​The top spot was up for grabs, but as expected, I came in last at golf—I stood no chance against the pros!
