A small-group workshop designed to help you understand your yoga properly, using clear, practical work on the floor.
In this session we’ll break down three key postures step by step, before working with chairs, props & individual hands-on adjustments, optional & consent-led, to improve alignment, stability & awareness.
We’ll focus on:
• Urdhva Mukha Svanasana, Upward-Facing Dog
• Sarvangasana & Halasana, Shoulderstand & Plough
• Eka Pada Rajakapotasana, Pigeon Pose
You’ll be guided by Lucy, ensuring everyone receives time, attention & straightforward, useful feedback.
This is ideal if you want to:
• understand backbending without compressing your lower back
• feel safer & more stable in inversions
• stop collapsing sideways into your hips in Pigeon
• build strength, control & confidence in floor-based work
Spaces are strictly limited to 15. Booking essential.
This is the final Friday night workshop until autumn.
