I am a qualified Holistic Therapist since practising Reiki and Massage since 2016. Based in Crawley, West Sussex, providing treatments from my healing therapy room. I hold qualifications in Usui and Seichem Reiki Healing Senior |Master |Teacher & Level 3 Classical and Sports Massage.

I am passionate about supporting people who are looking to take ownership and control of their health using a proactive, integrated medicinal approach.

My desire for helping people to achieve health and wellness has led me to specialise in Reiki and Massage. Reiki is proven to reduce stress, relax the body and mind, promoting the body’s natural healing processes. I am here to share my skills and knowledge with those that wish to learn and develop their own wellness journey.

Although traditionally Reiki lineage trained, I have also studied and completed an Accredited Reiki Practitioner Certification, this allows me to practice within modern healthcare settings including local hospices and hospital complementary therapy cancer support centres.
