Our Story

Clinic directors Jo and Trevor cannot wait to meet you and journey with you along your #broken2brilliant Bridgeham experience.

Bridgeham Clinic is at 1 Oak Cottage, County Oak Way, Crawley. It is a dream come true for both Jo and Trevor to work in a building that houses fabulous treatment and movement facilities bringing transformational healthcare and effortless movement to all.

Working as a sole practitioner can be a lonely business, however Jo and Trevor wish to share their space with other like minded professionals who have a passion for helping patients/clients to achieve great things with their movement, health and wellbeing.

In 2015 Trevor was awarded Principal of the Year from the institute of osteopathy, in 2016 Bridgeham was runner up for Best practice. Fantastic accolades to have received, however Trevor is happiest in the treatment room making change with patients healthcare and movement, combining osteopathy and pilates to change peopleโ€™s lives.
