Introducing Paul Milham – Stress Adventures.
I’m travelling around the UK meeting fascinating people and discovering the real, practical ways they manage stress in everyday life — from nature-based approaches and movement, to creativity, animals, community, and unexpected adventures.
I’m filming these journeys as short documentaries and sharing what actually works in the real world.
And now, I’m bringing those stories into corporate talks and wellbeing events, helping teams understand stress differently — not just the theory, but real, human solutions they can use immediately.
