As I speak, my psychic message is for the person that reads this, and they will understand the importance and meaning behind my statement.
"As a new dawn rises, the past is behind you and as you wake, your loved one will need time to take it all in. Give those you love the time to heal, then in time your life will return to a more balanced and positive vibration."
I recommend that you turn to meditation and uses chakra cleansing to realign your humours.
Using the pink, white, light blue, violet candles, draw a circle around you with salt and the candles at each compass point. You should have glass jar with grains of sand and or sugar/salt if sand is not available. (Any spirits trapped in such a jar will get stuck counting the grains and evil are obsessed and will keep them from entering your life or home etc.
Then visualise a bright white light around you coming from your 3rd eye feel it's strength growing stronger than stronger and filling you up with positivity and strength as it fills the room and settles in the circle you have created and ask in prayer to protect you from all negativity and any influences that have led you to temptations.
As you sit legs stretched out and your arms stretching towards your toes feel the negativity leave you.
At the south point of the candles where you should have placed a white candle for spiritual enlightenment and cleansing, you also have the aforementioned jar with the grains inside as you sit outstretched pray the spirit of oppression, negativity and control from your life and those that you love and on a piece of paper write the things you wish to change in you life and seal inside the jar.
To close the circle - VERY IMPORTANT
This is really important that you take 5mins to unwind and take the time to close your circle of protection so close your eyes and thank your guardian angel for being at you side to give you the strength to protect against the invading spirits,
Ask for the GA to watch over you and those you care for
as you blow each candle out blow away each negative thought and feeling ps you can burn as many candles of those colours as you wish. When you clear away the circle of salt place it into the jar and put the jar by a fireplace in the home or at the back door in a flower pot this will keep any bad spirits from entering as they too will need to count the grains first.
Also you should place a mirror in the hallway or in front of any entrance into the home and around the areas that family congralate etc...
