Our amazing Agency Team and the staff we introduce have specific experience of services supporting children and adults with social, emotional and behavioural difficulties, learning difficulties and other complex difficulties and are experienced in working within residential care, educational settings, supported living services and homeless projects.

Our team benefits from significant experience of working directly within residential care, supported living as well as within the NHS and various voluntary care organisations. All of our recruitment team in the office have achieved Level 2 in Safer Recruitment training and many of our staff are currently undertaking REC recruitment qualifications.

We are very proud of our fantastic team of agency workers, who can provide ad-hoc day cover and longer-term staffing cover. All of our team have significant and specific experience of supporting vulnerable children and adults and many have worked with us for many years, helping our partner services to maintain their quality of support during times of staff shortfall. We offer excellent response times for agency cover and treat all of our team and partner services with an open, honest and respectful approach.
