I have been trading 13 years this year , last year was hard for doing events and I think this is going to be in the same . The trouble is finding a good event in a good area , indoors with good footfall , there is a lot of people out there doing events that dont advertise don’t get the footfall and charge alot of money !

So what’s the solution ? I am not sure yet but I am thinking about it , beacaue I know there is so many local businesses that are in the same boat . One idea is finding a empty shop that is cheap to rent for Saturday only as a lot of small businesses can’t trade all week , Any ideas ? Then let me know !

Some honest thoughts from a small business owner 🤍
When I started Hubble & Bubble, 13 years ago it was simple. I would make my products, take a photo, post it… and people who loved them would buy them.
Now it feels like running a small business also means being a full-time content creator — making reels, filming videos, editing, planning trends… and sometimes it’s overwhelming.
The truth is: I’m a maker, not a content creator.
My joy is in creating the products for you — mixing, designing, packing orders, and putting love into every piece.
So if you’re here, thank you. Thank you for supporting handmade, for liking a simple photo, for sharing, for buying, and for allowing small businesses like mine to keep doing what we love — making things for you.

Today we launched our Candle Refills at Swan walk and… we SOLD OUT 🤍
Thank you so much for all the support. Launching something new is always a little worrying, but you absolutely loved them and I’m so grateful.
