I am currently completing a qualification in Parent Coaching.
Part of my studies requires me to complete 60 hours of coaching to parents of children aged 4-19 years.
This can be to support parents with their own connections with their children, as well as looking at strategies to support their children’s well-being, emotional literacy and management of feelings, transitions, anxiety, worries and with their self-esteem and confidence.
If you would be interested I would require a minimum of 4-6 sessions with you over a period of weeks either online or face to face.

Reed Diffusers
These luxury Augeo based diffusers are available with Essential Oils only (not fragrance oils) and are contained in a 100ml sealed bottle with a rose gold lid and 6 black fibre reeds and are all fully CLP compliant. Refills come in 100ml bottles.
Essential Oils are pure oils derived from plants, although natural, care should always be taken when using essential oils, especially around children and pets.
Augeo is a non-flammable, eco-solvent with excellent solubilising power, low evaporation rate and low odour which makes it one of the best reed diffuser base oils used for luxury brands. Unlike other diffuser bases, Augeo evaporates fully and does not have a metallic odour.
Augeo does not contribute to the VOC content of the final product, so allows for high levels of scent loading (15-20%).

These are small glas jars that you open when needed. The scent throw will depend on the size of your room so if you feel they are not strong enough more essential oils can be added. These can be opened in your room for an hour or so, or be placed near you as you work, study for anxiety or as you try to sleep.

Ho Wood comes from the same tree as Camphor. Camphor is distilled from the wood of the tree, while Ho Wood comes from the leaf and contains Linalol (80-90%). Its properties are very similar to Camphor and also that of Rosewood. read less
